Hand Tools > Delta Hoof Nippers The Delta Hoof Nipper differs from other designs in that the distance from the center of the rivet to the blades is such that it optimizes the amount of leverage required to cut the hoof.  It features ergonomically designed rounded reigns (handles) which are hollowed out to eliminate excess weight.  The angle of the blades is designed to minimize resistance while cutting, and the highly accurate heat-treatment of the blades keeps them sharp for a long time. The Delta nipper is available with 14" and 15" reigns.
